I was born in Auxerre, France, on sept 28th 1979. I was given the opportunity to live in a few English speaking countries. I spent my early years in Nigeria (Lagos), the United Kingdom (London) and in Canada ( winnipeg and Edmonton). I also lived in Denmark, and in Morrocco.I spent four years in Belgium and took Dutch for my B.A.When, as part of my Masters training in LEA ( applied inguistics in Business and Commerce), I was offered to spend some time abroad as an Erasmus student, I opted for Italy.After two Erasmus-Leonardo years in the university for Foreign Students in Perugia, Italy, and a period of work experience in a local entreprise which validated my Masters, I decided to spend some more time in that country so as to get a position which would allow me to practise my commercial skills in a language which was not my mother tongue.Given my Enthusiasm about my own region, its history, its wines, I managed to join a dynamic team in the wine business for the Daniel-Etienne DEFAIX Domain as person in charge of the wine cellar and wine bar, from october 2006 until april 2008. This position gave me the opportunity to find my business sector.From April 2008 until May 2010 I was in charge of a wine cellar in the south of France. "La Cave des Vignerons de Saint-Chinian".From May 2010 to may 2011, I was in charge of sales and events for 'Cave Bianchi" in Nice.Then I was in charge of the Wine and spirits department for Hediard in Monte Carlo, Monaco from may 2011 to january 2015.I am today Sommelier and in charge of the wine bar at the Wine Pier, the four star Le Welcome Hotel's wine bar in Villefranche sur Mer.I here have the chance to practise my communication and organisational skills and to strengthen my work capacity.However I remain attentive to any opportunity that may arise and, given my international experience, I am ready to launch into new ventures liable to enrich the commercial and communicationals skills I have started to develop.
